I enjoy making Original Character Designs and simple Illustrations with my own characters or characters from different medias.
Illustrations
Here are some of my favorite Illustrations I made in the last year:
When making my drawing I like to use bright and saturated colours.
I use the analogous color scheme together with the complimentary colour scheme a lot because I personally think it brings out the details in the artwork and makes it look a lot better.
I also often think of the story that is happening in the artwork even if they are looking pretty simplistic.
Details like the expressions the characters have or how the colours might bring the piece together are important.
At the moment I´m also trying to learn different compositions to use in my artwork.
I´m not as confident at using them just yet but I´m sure I will get better with more practice.
Character Designs
Since I also like to make Character Design here are some examples of the ones that I made recently:
I usually try to keep my character designs as simple as possible
Adding small details in their outfits or their looks to show some aspects of their personality, hobbies or career.
I also try my best to choose colour pallets that pass to the characters personality.
My character designs are not as perfect as I wish they would be I try my best to improve and learn more about it so they can be better in the future.
